Zapier Integration

Note: Integrations must be set up by a Toolkit admin. To connect any of the integrations below, contact support and let us know which integration you'd like added to your account.

Zapier Integration

Connect Popup with Zapier to send widget submission data to thousands of third-party apps using automated Zaps.

Step 1: Create a Zap

  1. Log in to your Zapier account
  2. Click Create Zap
  3. In the trigger search, find Popup (or use the integration page)

Step 2: Configure the Trigger

  1. Select one of the 10 available trigger options (Trigger 1 through Trigger 10)
  2. Sign in to your Popup account when prompted
  3. Choose the site you want to connect
  4. Click Test trigger to pull in sample data from your Popup account

Zapier will display sample submission data so you can verify the fields are coming through correctly.

Step 3: Add an Action Step

  1. Add a new action step to your Zap
  2. Search for and select the third-party app you want to send data to (e.g., a CRM, email platform, spreadsheet, etc.)
  3. Authenticate with that service
  4. Map fields from the Popup trigger data to the destination app's expected inputs
  5. Test the action to confirm data flows correctly

Step 4: Configure the Trigger in Popup

If you are using a trigger other than Trigger 1 (the default):

  1. In your Popup dashboard, go to your site's Zapier settings
  2. Update the trigger assignment to match the trigger number you selected in Zapier

Tips

  • 10 trigger options -- you can set up to 10 different Zaps per site, each using a different trigger number
  • Sample data testing -- always test the trigger to verify your fields are mapped correctly before going live
  • Find new records -- if your widget fields have changed, use Find new records in Zapier to refresh the available field list
