Widget Analytics

Track the performance of your Popup widgets with built-in analytics.

Accessing Analytics

Click the Analytics tab at the top of your Popup dashboard.

Available Metrics

The analytics dashboard tracks the following metrics:

  • Pageviews -- number of pages loaded where widgets were eligible to display
  • Impressions -- number of times widgets were actually shown to visitors
  • Conversions -- number of form submissions
  • Shares -- social share button clicks
  • Follows -- social follow button clicks
  • Links -- link clicks within widgets
  • Events -- custom event triggers

Using the Graph

The graph displays performance over time. Click on a widget name in the legend to toggle it on or off, making it easy to isolate individual widget performance.

Time Periods

Use the time period selector to view data for:

  • Last week
  • Last month
  • Custom date range -- select specific start and end dates

Subscriber Data

For detailed subscriber information (who submitted, what data was collected, which widget), go to the Subscribers tab. See Subscribers List for more details.

Resetting Analytics

To reset the analytics data for a specific widget:

  1. Go to your widget list
  2. Click the three-dot icon next to the widget
  3. Select Reset Analytics

This clears all historical data for that widget and cannot be undone.

Email Reports

You can also receive analytics summaries via email. See Schedule Email Reporting for setup instructions.
