Spin-to-Win
The Spin-to-Win element adds a gamification wheel to your widget. Visitors spin the wheel after submitting the form and receive a randomized prize.
---
Prizes Settings
Configure your prizes in the prizes table:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Prize | The name displayed on the wheel segment |
| Coupon code | The coupon or value awarded to the winner |
| Gravity | A number from 0 to 100 that controls how likely this prize is to be selected. The actual percentage chance is calculated as this prize's gravity divided by the total gravity of all prizes. |
Example: If you have three prizes with gravity values of 50, 30, and 20, the chances are 50%, 30%, and 20% respectively.
---
Data Fields
When a visitor wins a prize, the prize name and coupon value are stored in your Popup Subscribers list and sent to any connected integration.
If you use multiple gamification widgets on the same site, assign unique field values to each widget so the data from one does not overwrite the other.
---
Design and Layout
Customize the wheel's appearance using the design controls:
- Color palettes for wheel segments
- Font selection for prize labels
- Text direction for languages that read right-to-left
- Mobile-specific layouts for optimized display on smaller screens
---
Starting the Game
The wheel spins automatically after the visitor successfully submits the form. All required fields must be filled before the spin begins.
Make sure your submit button is configured as the "Submit" type in the button settings.
---
Displaying the Prize
After the spin completes, you can show the prize name and coupon code using shortcodes. Click the "{ }" icon in the text editor to insert a prize shortcode. The shortcode is replaced with the actual prize value after the spin.
For more on shortcodes, see Dynamic Text Replacement.
