Scroll Box
A scroll box is a vertically-oriented widget that slides in from the side of the screen. It stays visible as the visitor scrolls, making it effective for opt-in forms, announcements, and targeted messages without blocking the full page.
---
Creating a Scroll Box
- Go to Widgets and click Create Widget.
- Open the Template Library and browse the available categories:
- Segmentation Surveys
- Gamification
- Targeted Content
- Welcome Messages
- Simple Subscription
- Select a scroll box template, or choose Blank Canvas to build from scratch.

Customization
Display Rules
Configure when and where the scroll box appears using Display Rules — set triggers like scroll percentage, time on page, or exit intent.
Positioning
In Widget Settings, choose where the scroll box appears on screen:
- Top-left
- Top-right
- Bottom-left
- Bottom-right
Margins
Set the distance from the edges of the screen using margin values. For example, 30px from the right edge and 30px from the bottom gives the scroll box breathing room from the browser chrome.
Minimize
Toggle Widget Can Be Minimized in Widget Settings. When enabled, visitors can collapse the scroll box to a small tab without fully dismissing it. They can click the tab to reopen the widget.
