How To Set Up Reply To Email
Configure the reply-to address on lead notification emails so you can respond directly to new subscribers.
Configuration
- Open your Popup dashboard
- Go to Settings > General
- Find the Reply To setting
Options
- Default -- replies go to your standard notification email address
- Subscriber -- replies go directly to the lead's email address
When to Use "Subscriber"
Setting the reply-to as Subscriber is useful when you want to reply directly to a new lead from within your email client. When you receive a notification that someone has submitted a form, clicking "Reply" in your email client will address the response to the subscriber rather than to your own notification address.
