Rating Fields
Add a rating field to any popup form using the Form Fields element.
Adding a Rating Field
- Open the widget editor.
- Select the Form Fields element in your form.
- In the field settings, add a new field and choose the Rating type.
Rating Styles
Two visual styles are available:
- Stars -- visitors rate by selecting a number of stars.
- Emojis -- visitors rate by selecting an emoji icon.
Configuration
Each star or emoji option can be individually labeled and assigned a value:
- First column -- the visitor-visible text displayed alongside the rating option.
- Second column -- the stored value sent to your connected integrations.
Configure as many rating levels as needed. The stored values are what get passed through to your email platform or CRM when a visitor submits the form.
