A pop-up appears in a layer above the page content, drawing the visitor's full attention. It is the most versatile widget type — suited for lead capture, exit intent offers, announcements, giveaways, and more.

Creating a Pop-Up
- Go to Widgets and click Create Widget.
- Open the Template Library and browse the Pop-Up templates.
Available template categories include:
- Yes/No Exit Intent
- Segmentation Surveys
- Gamification
- Personalized Return Visitor
- Follow
- Welcome Messages
- Giveaway Contests
- Cart Abandonment
- Simple Subscription
You can also choose Blank Canvas to start from scratch.

Customization
Open Widget Settings to adjust the pop-up's appearance:
- Size — set the width and height of the pop-up.
- Animation — choose an entrance animation (fade, slide, zoom, etc.).
- Background color or image — set a solid color or upload a background image.
- Overlay color — adjust the dimmed background overlay that appears behind the pop-up.

Display Rules
Control when the pop-up triggers:
- Exit intent — show when the visitor moves their cursor toward the browser's close button.
- Time on page — show after a set delay.
- Scroll percentage — show after the visitor scrolls a certain distance.
- Page URL — restrict to specific pages.
