Mailvio Integration

Connect Popup with Mailvio to add subscribers, manage groups, and update custom fields from your widget submissions.

Connecting Mailvio to Popup

Mailvio uses OAuth for authorization:

1. In your Popup dashboard, go to your site's Integrations settings
2. Select Mailvio from the list
3. Click Connect -- a popup window will open
4. Log in to your Mailvio account and authorize the connection

Integration Settings

After connecting, select a default group that new subscribers will be added to.

Configuring Your Widget

Once connected, open your widget editor and configure the submit actions.

Available Actions

• Add subscriber -- add the visitor as a subscriber (default action)
• Add to group -- add the subscriber to a specific Mailvio group
• Remove from group -- remove the subscriber from a group
• Update custom field -- set or update a custom field value on the subscriber

Custom Fields and Dynamic Data

Text fields from your Popup widget are automatically created in Mailvio if they do not already exist.

To insert dynamic data into custom fields, click the bracket icon in the field mapping area to select from available dynamic data variables.
