Keap (Infusionsoft) Integration

Connect Popup with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) to manage contacts, tags, campaigns, opportunities, and custom fields from your widget submissions.

Connecting Keap to Popup

Keap uses OAuth for authorization:

1. In your Popup dashboard, go to your site's Integrations settings
2. Select Keap (Infusionsoft) from the list
3. Click Connect -- you will be redirected to Keap
4. Log in and click Allow to authorize the connection

Configuring Your Widget

Once connected, open your widget editor and configure the submit actions.

Available Actions

• Add contact -- create or update a contact in Keap
• Add tag -- apply a tag to the contact
• Remove tag -- remove a tag from the contact
• Add to campaign sequence -- enroll the contact in a campaign sequence
• Remove from campaign sequence -- remove the contact from a campaign sequence
• Create opportunity -- create a new sales opportunity linked to the contact
• Set lead source -- assign a lead source to the contact
• Update custom field -- set or update a custom field value
• Add note -- attach a note to the contact record

Visitor Identification

To identify returning visitors by email (for personalized Display Rules), append the email parameter to your URLs in Keap emails:

?conv_email=[[email]]

When a contact clicks through from a Keap email, Popup recognizes them and applies the appropriate Display Rules.
