Facebook Pixel

You can track Popup events with Facebook Pixel to measure widget performance and build retargeting audiences. This guide covers the three event types and how to set up your Pixel.

Tracking Popup Events

There are three event types you can track:

  • Widget Display — fires when a widget appears on screen
  • Optins — fires when a visitor submits a form
  • Button Clicks — fires when a visitor clicks a link, close, or custom button

Tracking Widget Displays

To track when a widget is shown, open the Display Rules tab and enable the Tracking Pixel Code switch. Paste your Facebook Pixel event code in the field that appears.
