Email Notification About New Leads
Note: Integrations must be set up by a Toolkit admin. To connect any of the integrations below, contact support and let us know which integration you'd like added to your account.
Email Notification About New Leads
You can receive an email notification every time a visitor submits a form through your Popup widget. This is useful for immediate lead follow-up without needing to check your dashboard.
Setting Up Email Notifications
- Open your widget in the Popup editor.
- Select the Submit button.
- In the On Submit Actions panel, add the action Send email notification.
Choosing the Recipient
When configuring the notification, you can send it to:
- Your account email -- The email address associated with your Popup account.
- A connected email address -- An email address you have previously connected and verified.
- A new email address -- Enter a new email address. Popup will send a verification code to that address. Enter the code to confirm, and the address becomes available for notifications.
Multiple Notifications
You can add multiple Send email notification actions to the same submit button, each pointing to a different email address. This lets you notify multiple team members or departments when a new lead comes in.
What the Notification Includes
Each notification email contains the data submitted through the form -- typically the subscriber's email, name, and any custom fields you have configured in the widget.
