CompanyHub Integration
Note: Integrations must be set up by a Toolkit admin. To connect any of the integrations below, contact support and let us know which integration you'd like added to your account.
CompanyHub Integration
Connect Popup with CompanyHub to create contacts and update custom fields from your popups and forms.
Connecting CompanyHub
- In your CompanyHub account, go to Settings > Integrations > API Integration.
- Copy your Subdomain (the part before
.companyhub.com) and your API Key. - In your Popup dashboard, go to the Integrations tab.
- Find CompanyHub and click Connect.
- Paste your Subdomain and API Key, then save.
Available Actions
When configuring a widget's submit button (On Submit Actions), the following CompanyHub actions are available:
- Create contact -- Create a new contact in CompanyHub.
- Update custom field -- Set a custom field value for the contact.
Custom Field Mapping
Field names in Popup must match the field names in CompanyHub exactly. To create custom fields in CompanyHub:
- In CompanyHub, go to Contacts.
- Click Customize (gear icon).
- Drag the desired field type onto the form.
- Enter the field Label (this is the name you will match in Popup).
- Click Save.
Once the field exists in CompanyHub, use the same name in your Popup widget's custom field mapping to ensure data flows correctly.
