Note: Integrations must be set up by a Toolkit admin. To connect any of the integrations below, contact support and let us know which integration you'd like added to your account.

Bento Integration

Connect Popup with Bento to create users, manage tags, and update custom fields. Bento Events are automatically created to track Popup interactions.

Connecting Bento

1. In your Bento account, go to Settings > API Keys.
2. Copy your Publishable Key, Secret Key, and Site Key.
3. In your Popup dashboard, go to the Integrations tab.
4. Find Bento and click Connect.
5. Paste your Publishable Key, Secret Key, and Site Key, then save.

Available Actions

When configuring a widget's submit button (On Submit Actions), the following Bento actions are available:

• Create user -- Create a new user in Bento.
• Add tag -- Apply a tag to the user.
• Remove tag -- Remove a tag from the user.
• Update custom field -- Set a custom field value for the user.

Bento Events

When a Popup action triggers a Bento integration, Bento Events are automatically created in your Bento account. These events use the format:

$popup.widget_{id}.add_user_tag

Where {id} is your Popup widget ID. You can use these events in Bento's automation workflows to trigger follow-up actions based on Popup interactions.
