Note: Integrations must be set up by a Toolkit admin. To connect any of the integrations below, contact support and let us know which integration you'd like added to your account.

AWeber Integration

Connect Popup with AWeber to add subscribers, manage tags, and control list membership directly from your popups and forms.

Connecting AWeber

1. In your Popup dashboard, go to the Integrations tab.
2. Find AWeber and click Connect.
3. You will be redirected to AWeber's OAuth authorization page.
4. Log in to your AWeber account and grant access.
5. Once authorized, you are returned to Popup with the integration active.

Available Actions

When configuring a widget's submit button (On Submit Actions), the following AWeber actions are available:

• Add subscriber -- Add the subscriber to your AWeber account.
• Add tag -- Apply a tag to the subscriber.
• Remove tag -- Remove a tag from the subscriber.
• Add to list -- Add the subscriber to a specific list.
• Remove from list -- Remove the subscriber from a specific list.
• Update custom field -- Set a custom field value for the subscriber.

Display Rules -- Targeting AWeber Subscribers

Use Display Rules to show or hide widgets based on AWeber subscriber data:

• Target visitors by their list membership or tags.
• Show different widgets to existing AWeber subscribers vs. new visitors.

Visitor Identification

To identify returning visitors from AWeber emails, append the subscriber's email to links in your AWeber broadcasts:

When a subscriber clicks this link, Popup recognizes them and can apply AWeber-based display rules.
