Managing Collections & Groups — Assets
Organize your assets into collections and groups for easy access.
Collections
Collections are top-level organizational folders for your brand.
To create a collection, click the "+" icon or the "New Collection" button. Give it a name, and optionally add a description and cover image.
You can reorder collections by clicking and dragging them into your preferred order. To rename or delete a collection, click the triple-dotted menu on the collection card.
Groups within collections
Groups are sub-folders inside each collection. Use them to further organize your assets — for example, a "Marketing" collection might have groups for "Social Media," "Print," and "Email."
To add a group, open a collection and click the "+ New Group" button. Groups can also be reordered by dragging.
Managing groups
Click the collection settings icon to access the manage groups menu. From here you can reorder, rename, and delete groups within a collection.
