Steps to integrate a forum plugin in your app
1\. Connect your WordPress website and app
Use the Application Password feature to enable custom post taxonomies.
2\. Add custom posts to your menu
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel.
- Navigate to Appearance > Menus.
- Select your primary menu and add the custom posts you want to display in the app.
3\. Configure the app menu in Apps
- Go to the Menu screen in the Settings module of your Apps account.
- Check the box next to Pick a menu from my website.
- Select your primary menu from the list.
4\. Reflect custom posts in the app
Your app will now automatically sync and display the custom posts from your website.
Any updates made to custom posts on your website will reflect in the app in real time.
5\. Render posts in web view
- Navigate to Settings > Posts in your Apps account.
- Enable the Web View option to display custom posts exactly as they appear on your website.
