How to access your app’s crash logs?

You can view crash logs for your app directly from your Apps account.

Steps to follow

Step 1: Go to your apps

  • From the My apps screen, select the app you want to review.

Step 2: Open the app dashboard

  • Click on the app to enter the app dashboard.

Step 3: Access logs

  • From the app dashboard, click on Logs.

Step 4: Select date range

  • Use the drop-down menu on the top left to select the range of dates for your crash reports.

Logs can be seen for 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, and 60 days.
