"Splash screen not appearing"

Why do I see Apps's splash screen in the demo app instead of my custom design?

Apps enables you to test your app via our demo apps. While testing your app, you will see Apps’s splash screen and not the one you designed for your app. You cannot preview your splash screen on the demo app or in the Preview section in your Apps account.

How to Preview Your Custom Splash Screen

You can fully preview your custom-designed splash screen by testing your app on actual devices:

For Android Devices:

  1. Generate an APK build of your app from the Download section of your Apps account.
  1. Install the APK file on your Android device.
  1. Launch the app to view your splash screen, along with all other app features.

For iOS Devices:

  1. Install TestFlight on your iOS device.
  1. Upload your app to TestFlight from your Apps dashboard.
  1. Install and open the app via TestFlight to preview your splash screen and app functionality.

Previewing your app’s splash screen is possible using the APK file on Android and TestFlight on iOS.
