Why can't I login?
Facing difficulties logging in? Here are a few common scenarios and their solutions:
Forgotten password
- Click on the "Forgot Password" button on the Sign-In screen.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Follow the link sent to your email to reset the password.
- Set a new password on the redirected screen.
Lost Two-Factor Authentication (TFA) device
- If you enabled TFA and lost your device, use the recovery codes provided during TFA setup.
- Enter the 6-digit recovery code on the TFA screen from another device to restore access.
Lost access to connected email
