Robot — Manage Your Bots

As your collection of bots grows, the dashboard gives you the tools to keep everything organized and under control.

Bot actions

Every bot has a set of action buttons:

  • Edit — opens the bot builder (the Widget Style page), where you can reach all of the bot's tools.
  • Settings — opens the bot's configuration page.
  • Embed — shows the integration code and public share link.
  • Move — relocates the bot into a folder.
  • Duplicate — creates an exact copy of the bot, including all its settings, flow, and AI configuration.
  • Delete — permanently removes the bot and all its data. A confirmation dialog appears first. This cannot be undone.

Using folders

Folders let you group bots by client, project, or purpose. Create one with the + New Folder option, give it a name, then use the Move button to file bots into it.

Searching and sorting

Use the search bar to find a bot by name. The sort button lets you order your bots by newest, oldest, or alphabetically.

Bot limits

Your plan determines how many bots you can create. The dashboard shows your current usage — for example, "4 results / 5 limit." If you reach your limit, delete a bot you no longer need or upgrade your plan to make room for more.

Selecting multiple bots

Checkboxes let you select several bots at once, and a Select all option selects every bot on the page. This is handy for bulk actions like moving several bots into a folder at the same time.
