Direct is one of six pods in the Freedom pillar. Each course in this pod builds on the one before it.
You built the systems. You hired the people. Now you need to lead them. Leadership is the shift from working in the business to working on it -- from doing to directing, from executing to deciding. This pod is about operating as a CEO, not just a founder who happens to have employees.

- Time Management for Leaders -- How to protect your most valuable asset as a CEO. You will restructure your schedule around high-leverage activities, eliminate time traps, and build routines that keep you focused on the work that only you can do.
- Executive Presence -- How to show up as the leader your team and partners need you to be. You will develop the communication skills, composure, and confidence that earn trust -- in board rooms, on sales calls, and in the moments that matter most.
By the End of This Pod
- • You have a clearly articulated vision for your business that your team can repeat back to you, with strategic goals that cascade from it.
