Galaxy

Galaxy is the fifth paid level of your membership — live video support, small-group coaching, and the start of one-time signature assets. This page is your map to everything Galaxy includes and where to find each part.

Your membership is cumulative: Galaxy includes everything in Orbiter, Booster, Rocket, Voyager, and Nebula, plus the items below. As you move up later, you keep everything you already have and unlock more.

What's included at the Galaxy level

Training & documents

• University — five full pillars. Unlock any five of the nine skill tracks — each a complete 36-course training pillar. You choose which five.
• Launchpad — more monthly document credits. Your monthly allowance now includes standard operating procedures (SOPs) alongside workbooks, journals, checklists, and ebook-style guides.
• Multimedia — monthly assets plus a signature infographic. Keep your monthly asset allowance and, as an annual member, receive a custom infographic as a one-time signature piece.

Tools for your directory

• Customize — add themes. Full access to the theme library on top of everything below.
• Software tools. A premium set of directory software tools is included at the Galaxy level.

AI help

• More AI credits each month. Galaxy includes a larger monthly allowance of AI credits. See AI Credits — How They Work.

Connect & learn with us

• Support — live video support. Book scheduled live video sessions with included call time each month.
• Community — Masterminds. Join peer-led accountability circles, on top of Groups, meetups, the Clubhouse, coworking, and the Registry.
• Consult — small-group coaching. Intimate group coaching sessions on a regular cadence.
• Events — intensives. Deep-dive intensives in addition to challenges, sprints, workshops, and clinics.

Managing your Galaxy membership

• Upgrade anytime. Moving up a tier adds more of everything — more pillars, more direct support, more community, and additional signature assets. You keep everything you already have.
• Cancel anytime. If you cancel, your account reverts to the free Nebula tier. Documents and one-time items you've already received (including signature assets) are yours to keep; ongoing access (courses, software, community rooms) pauses until you rejoin.
