Robot — Dashboard Tour

The dashboard is the first screen you see when you log in. It gives you a single view of all your bots along with their performance at a glance.

Lead statistics

At the top of the dashboard, three performance cards track the leads your bots have captured over different timeframes:

  • Last 7 Days Leads
  • Last 14 Days Leads
  • Total Leads

Each card shows a comparative percentage so you can spot whether performance is trending up or down.

Folders

Folders let you organize your bots by project, client, or purpose. Use the + New Folder button to create a new folder, then use the Move action to relocate a bot into it.

My Bots

The My Bots section lists every bot you've built. For each one you'll see its name, ID, active status (a green dot means it's live), and total leads.

Each bot has a set of actions:

  • Edit — opens the bot builder.
  • Settings — opens configuration and integrations.
• Embed — shows the embed code and sharing options.
  • Move — files the bot into a folder.
  • Duplicate — copies the bot.
  • Delete — permanently removes the bot.

A search box and sorting options help you keep things tidy as your collection grows, and your current usage against your plan limit is shown here too.

Creating bots

You can start a new bot two ways:

  • + New Bot — build a bot from scratch.
  • From Gallery — start from a ready-made template.

Once you select a bot, the sidebar gives you access to its tools, grouped into sections:

  • General — the Dashboard.
  • Quick Access — shortcuts to your most-used tools.
  • Bot Tools — Widget Style, Flow Builder, Settings, Reports, and AI Knowledge Studio.
