Orbiter

Orbiter is the fourth paid level of your membership — real-time support, open office hours, and wider access than Booster. This page is your map to everything Orbiter includes and where to find each part.

Your membership is cumulative: Orbiter includes everything in Booster, Rocket, Voyager, and Nebula, plus the items below. As you move up later, you keep everything you already have and unlock more.

What's included at the Orbiter level

Training & documents

  • University — four full pillars. Unlock any four of the nine skill tracks — each a complete 36-course training pillar. You choose which four.
  • Launchpad — more monthly document credits. Your monthly allowance now includes workbooks alongside journals, checklists, and ebook-style guides.
  • Multimedia — more monthly asset credits. Your allowance now covers slide decks in addition to printables, graphics, and images.

Tools for your directory

  • Customize — add templates. Full access to the template library on top of everything below.
  • Software tools. A broader set of directory software tools is included at the Orbiter level.

AI help

Connect & learn with us

  • Support — real-time messaging. Reach us through real-time messaging for quick back-and-forth help.
  • Community — Groups. Join small, topic-focused groups, on top of meetups, the Clubhouse, coworking, and the Registry.
  • Consult — office hours. Drop into open Q&A office-hours sessions whenever you have a question.
  • Events — challenges. Structured accountability challenges in addition to sprints, workshops, and clinics.
  • Academy — a podcast interview. On top of everything below, we interview you on our podcast.

Managing your Orbiter membership

  • Upgrade anytime. Moving up a tier adds more of everything — more pillars, faster support, more community, and a larger monthly allowance. You keep everything you already have.
  • Cancel anytime. If you cancel, your account reverts to the free Nebula tier. Documents and one-time items you've already claimed are yours to keep; ongoing access (courses, software, community rooms) pauses until you rejoin.
