Automation is one of six pods in the Freedom pillar. Each course in this pod builds on the one before it.

Once your processes are documented, the next question is obvious: which of these should a machine be doing instead of a human? Automation is where you take the repeatable workflows you built in Process and hand them off to software. Not everything should be automated -- but everything that can be automated without losing quality should be.

This pod teaches you to think in systems. You will stop doing low-value repetitive tasks with your highest-value time and start building workflows that run while you sleep.

What You'll Learn

• Email Automation -- How to build email sequences that nurture leads, onboard customers, and re-engage inactive contacts without anyone pressing send. You will design trigger-based email flows that feel personal at scale and drive real revenue on autopilot.

• CRM Workflows -- How to automate the movement of contacts through your sales pipeline. You will set up automated lead scoring, stage transitions, follow-up reminders, and deal updates so your CRM works for you instead of the other way around.

• Task Automation -- How to eliminate repetitive manual tasks across your business. You will identify and automate data entry, file management, notifications, and routine administrative work that currently eats hours out of every week.

• Scheduling Systems -- How to remove yourself from the back-and-forth of booking. You will implement automated scheduling for sales calls, client meetings, team syncs, and service delivery -- complete with reminders, prep materials, and follow-ups.

• Reporting Automation -- How to get the numbers you need without building spreadsheets by hand. You will create automated dashboards and scheduled reports that pull live data from your tools and deliver insights on a cadence you set.

• Integration Platforms -- How to connect your tools so data flows between them automatically. You will learn to use integration platforms to build multi-step automations that span your entire tech stack -- no code required.

By the End of This Pod

• • You have automated email sequences running for your core customer journeys, generating engagement and revenue without daily intervention.
• • You have a CRM that moves contacts through your pipeline automatically, with manual effort only where human judgment actually matters.
• • You have eliminated at least 10 hours per week of repetitive manual tasks through targeted automation.
