Launch

6 courses · part of Framework (Build)

Launch is one of six pods in the Framework pillar. Each course in this pod builds on the one before it.

You have built the machine. Go-To-Market is where you turn it on and point it at real people with real money. This pod bridges the gap between a configured platform and a business that is generating revenue. You will create your offer, define your audience with precision, and build a launch plan with specific dates, actions, and metrics.

This is not theory and it is not optional. By the end of this pod, you will have something to sell, someone to sell it to, and a step-by-step plan for putting it in front of them. The platform work is done. The strategy is set. Now you go live and find out what the market thinks.

What You'll Learn

  • Offer Creation -- Build your first offer from scratch. Pricing, packaging, value proposition, and positioning all come together into something you can confidently put in front of a customer today. You will learn to start simple, launch fast, and iterate based on real market feedback instead of guesses.
  • Audience Definition -- Define your ideal customer with enough specificity to know where to find them and exactly what to say. Demographics, psychographics, behaviors, pain points, and buying triggers all get documented in a usable customer profile that drives every marketing decision.
  • Launch Strategy -- Plan your launch as a coordinated sequence of actions, not a single event you hope goes well. Pre-launch, launch day, and post-launch phases each have specific goals, tactics, and success metrics so nothing falls through the cracks and every phase builds on the last.
  • Messaging -- Write the core messages that communicate your value clearly and consistently. Headline, elevator pitch, feature-to-benefit translations, and objection responses all get crafted, tested, and refined before you spend time or money on distribution.
  • Channel Selection -- Choose the two to three channels where your specific audience is most reachable and your effort will generate the highest return. You will match channels to your strengths and your audience's habits instead of spreading thin trying to be everywhere at once.
  • Initial Traction -- Execute the first concrete moves that generate your earliest customers or qualified leads. Outreach sequences, launch offers, partnership activations, and community engagement tactics that create real momentum from day one instead of waiting for organic discovery.

By the End of This Pod

  • A complete offer ready to sell: priced, packaged, positioned, and published on your live platform
  • A detailed ideal customer profile you can use to target and refine every marketing effort going forward
  • A launch plan with specific dates, assigned actions, and measurable success criteria for the first 30 days
  • Your first real customers or qualified leads, generated through deliberate execution rather than hope or luck
