DirectorySocial is one place to write, schedule and track your social posts. You write a post once and it publishes to the social accounts you connect: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, TikTok and Google Business Profile.

Upload a batch of posts
Upload a CSV file of posts, with a message, a link, an image or a video, and a date and time for each one. Leave the time blank and the post goes into the queue. Set the minute to Random and the sends do not all land on the same minute.
Send a post for approval
Send a post for approval before it publishes, so nothing goes out that nobody has checked.
Run a viral sweepstakes
Run a sweepstakes with an entry form and a theme. You can see the entries, the referrals and the results for each one.

Getting started
After you sign up, we send a sign-in link to your workspace by email. Open it and connect your social accounts from inside the workspace. Then write your first post, choose where it goes, and publish it or schedule it.
What goes in the CSV file
The file has a header row, and the columns must be in the same order every time. The main ones:

The address of a public image. For several images, separate the addresses with commas and no spaces. Use the file name instead if the image is already in your media gallery. |

The address of a public .mp4 file. Use either an image or a video in a row, not both. |

When to publish. Fill in all five to schedule the post, or leave all five blank to queue it. The hour uses a 24-hour clock in your account's time zone. Enter Random as the minute to vary the send time. |
Watermark |
Default uses your account's default watermark, or enter the exact name of a saved one. It applies to images only. |
AltText |
Alt text for the attached images. Instagram and Google Business Profile do not use it. |
The character limits are Facebook 63,206, Instagram 2,200, LinkedIn 3,000, Google Business Profile 1,500, Pinterest 500, X 280, Bluesky 300 and TikTok 150.
