Robot — Understanding Reports
The Reports section gives you a quick snapshot of how your bot is performing at lead generation. To open it, select any bot and choose Reports in the sidebar.
Key metrics
The Reports page shows three primary statistics:
- Last 7 Days Leads — The number of leads your bot collected in the past week, with a percentage change compared to the previous period.
- Last 14 Days Leads — The number of leads collected over the past two weeks, also with a percentage change.
- Total Leads — The all-time total number of leads this bot has captured.
Each metric includes a percentage indicator showing whether the trend is up or down relative to the previous comparable period.
Digging deeper
Reports gives you the headline numbers. For a fuller picture, pair it with:
- Responses page — Review the choices visitors made as they moved through your bot's flow.
- AI Chat Log — Read the actual conversation transcripts and the questions visitors asked.
- Dashboard statistics — Compare performance across multiple bots.
If lead numbers are low
When the numbers are lower than you'd like, look at the parts of the bot that drive participation: your welcome message, how clear and compelling your call to action is, and the overall structure of your flow. Small changes to these often have the biggest effect on how many visitors engage and leave their details.
