Robot — Connect Your Bot to Klaviyo

This guide shows you how to connect your bot to Klaviyo using Make.com, so leads your bot captures are added to your Klaviyo lists automatically.

Before you start

You'll need:

  • A free Make.com account
  • A Klaviyo account with at least one list

The connection runs through Make.com, which acts as the bridge between your bot and Klaviyo.

Step 1: Create a Make.com webhook

In Make.com, create a new scenario. Add a custom webhook module, then copy the webhook URL it generates.

Step 2: Configure your bot settings

In your bot, go to Settings → Integrations. Paste the webhook URL into the Make Webhook URL field and save.

Step 3: Test data collection

Run a test conversation with your bot using the preview, providing a name and email. After the integration timer runs out (about 5 minutes), the data is sent to Make. Run the webhook once in Make to capture this test data so Make learns the structure of your fields.

Step 4: Connect Klaviyo

Add a Klaviyo module to your Make scenario and choose Subscribe Profile to List. Authenticate your Klaviyo account, then map the fields (email, name, phone) from the webhook data. Select the list you want subscribers added to, then turn the scenario on.

After setup

Once leads are flowing into Klaviyo, you can build on them with Klaviyo automations — welcome flows, abandoned-cart sequences, and promotional campaigns.
