Contacts and Employees
- Add contacts -- paste a list of names and emails or phone numbers and the AI adds them all at once
- Delete contacts -- ask the AI to remove specific contacts or clear all contacts for a location
- Edit contacts -- bulk-edit contact details through conversation
- Add employees -- create new employee profiles with name and alias
- Update employees -- edit employee information
- Get employee performance -- ask which employee received the most review link visits
Review Requests and Templates
- Create review request templates -- ask the AI to draft an SMS or email template for review requests
- Edit and delete templates -- modify existing templates or remove them
- Send review requests -- send a template to a specific phone number or email directly from the chat
- Send mass campaigns -- paste a list of phone numbers or emails and send review requests to all of them in one message
Review Analysis
- Reputation summary -- ask "how has my reputation been in the last 30 days?" for a quick overview
- Review deep-dive -- ask the AI to read all reviews and summarize what clients like (or don't like) about your business

What language does the AI Chat support?
The AI Chat auto-detects your language from your first message and responds in the same language. It has been tested in English, Italian, and other languages.

How does the AI Chat appear to my clients?
The AI Chat is fully branded under your name and logo. Your clients see your brand name and your logo -- not the platform's. This applies to the chat interface, the AI's name in responses, and the chat icon in the dashboard sidebar.

Is the AI Chat the same as the AI Chatbot?
No, they are two separate features:
- AI Chatbot (knowledge base) -- answers questions about how to use the platform. This is free and stays free.
- AI Chat -- performs actions on behalf of the user (add contacts, send reviews, update profiles, and more). This is the new feature available on Elite and Ultimate.
There are plans to unify both into a single chat in the future, so you can ask questions and perform actions in one place.
