Robot — Using the Bot Gallery
Note: The Bot Gallery is an upcoming feature and has not launched yet. This article describes what it will do once it's available. Until then, you can build your bot manually using the guides linked below.
What the Bot Gallery is
The Bot Gallery is a library of pre-built bot templates you'll be able to browse and use to get started quickly. Instead of building a bot from scratch, you'll pick a ready-made template and customize it for your business.
What you might see now
You may already see a From gallery button on your Dashboard, next to the + New Bot option. The button is in place ahead of launch, but the gallery itself isn't live yet.
Templates to expect
Once the gallery is available, it will include templates for common scenarios such as:
- Customer support
- Lead generation
- FAQ bots
- Appointment booking
Each template will come with a pre-built workflow structure and recommended settings you can adapt to your own needs.
What to do in the meantime
While the gallery is in development, you can build any of these bots manually:
- FAQ bots using the AI Knowledge Studio
- Lead generation chatbots using the Flow Builder
- Foundational setup if you're just getting started
