GEO Agent

Turn Your Reviews Into Website Content

The GEO Agent automatically writes articles for your website based on the reviews your customers leave you. Instead of letting all that great feedback live only on Google, the agent turns it into fresh content on your own site, helping you rank higher in local searches and attract more customers to your business.

Setting Up Your GEO Agent

Open the Setup tab inside the GEO Agent to choose how your articles will be written. You decide the tone of the writing, such as Formal or Casual, and the length of each article, from short to long. You also pick how often a new article should be created, for example once a week, and the language it will be written in.

Personalizing the Look and Feel

You can choose the font that will be used when your articles are published, so the style matches your brand. You also pick the image generation style, such as Photorealistic, which controls the look of the visuals the AI creates to go alongside each article. If there's anything specific you'd like the AI to keep in mind, you can add your own guidance in the Additional notes field. When you're ready, click Save to apply your settings.

Auto-Approve and Social Sharing

At the bottom of the Setup page you'll find two optional toggles. Auto-approve generated articles automatically publishes new articles to your blog without any manual review, while turning it off lets you check each article before it goes live. Share on social media automatically posts every published article to your connected social channels. You can switch each option on or off independently, depending on how much control you want over what gets published and shared.

The Feed: Reviewing Planned Articles

After your setup is complete, every new article the GEO Agent creates appears in the Feed tab marked as planned. Each planned article stays in the feed for 24 hours before being published, giving you time to decide what to do with it. If Auto-approve is disabled, you'll see a "Don't publish this article" button on each planned article, allowing you to reject it before it goes live. If Auto-approve is enabled, the article is published automatically once the 24-hour window ends, with no action needed from you.

Hiding a Published Article

Once an article is published, an eye icon appears in the top right corner of the article card, next to the edit and open in browser icons. If at any point you decide you no longer want a published article to be visible on your website, simply click the eye icon to hide it. The article will be removed from your live blog right away, while still remaining in your feed in case you want to bring it back later.

Topics: Guiding What the GEO Agent Writes About

The Topics tab is where you decide the subjects the GEO Agent will cover in upcoming articles. Instead of leaving the content direction entirely to the AI, you can build a queue of ideas that reflect what matters most to your business, your seasonal offers, or the questions your customers ask the most.

Creating a New Topic

To add a new topic, click Create New Topic and fill in a Title and a Description. The title is the main subject of the article, while the description gives the GEO Agent the context it needs to write something relevant and on-brand. For example, a title like "Benefits of Professional Teeth Whitening" paired with a short description explaining who it's for and what to highlight is enough for the agent to produce a complete, well-structured article.

Planned and Pending Topics

Topics in the queue are displayed in the exact order they'll be generated. The topic at the top carries the Planned label, meaning it's the next one the GEO Agent will turn into an article. The topics below carry the Pending label, meaning they're lined up and waiting their turn. This order gives you full visibility on what's coming next and what's further down the pipeline.

Editing or Deleting Topics

You can edit or delete any planned or pending topic at any time. Editing lets you refine the title, adjust the description, or change the position in the queue to bring a topic forward or push it back. This way you can fine-tune the content the GEO Agent will generate, react to new priorities, or remove ideas that are no longer relevant, all before a single article is written.

Configuration: Where Your Blog Is Published

Your Default Domain

When your blog is generated, it's automatically available under a pre-built domain provided for you. This means you can start publishing right away with zero setup, and everything works out of the box.

Using Your Own Custom Domain

If you'd prefer your blog to live under your own domain, like www.yourbusiness.com, you can easily set that up. The process is simple: you just need to add a CNAME record in your domain provider's DNS settings pointing to the address provided.

Setting Up a CNAME Record

From the GEO Agent, go to the Configuration tab and open the Custom domain section, where you'll find clear instructions and the exact address to use for your CNAME record. Then head over to your domain registrar, open your DNS settings, and add a new CNAME record using the values shown. Once the DNS finishes updating, which can take up to 48 hours, your blog will be accessible through your custom domain.

Why Use a Custom Domain?

Having your blog under your own domain looks more professional and builds trust with your customers. It also makes your website easier to find and remember. If you're serious about your online presence, a custom domain is a strong choice.

Embedding Articles on Your Website

Inside the Publish tab you'll also find an Embed code section. This is the easiest way to display the articles generated by the GEO Agent directly on your existing website, without having to rebuild anything or move your blog. Just copy the snippet provided and paste it into your website's HTML, exactly in the spot where you want the articles to show up, for example on your homepage, a dedicated News section, or the footer of your site. Once the code is in place, every new article published by the GEO Agent will automatically appear in that area, keeping your website fresh and updated with no extra work on your side.
