Updates
The Updates tab shows a changelog of everything that's changed in the DirectoryCustomize plugin — new features, bug fixes, performance improvements, and more.

How to Read the Changelog
Each entry includes:
- Version number and release date
- Type badges that tell you what kind of change it was:
| Badge | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Feature | Something new was added |
| Fix | A bug or issue was resolved |
| Update | An existing feature was improved |
| Performance | Speed or efficiency was improved |
- Area tags that tell you what part of the plugin was affected (Widgets, Core, Layout, Design, etc.)
- Change details — A list of what specifically changed

Finding Specific Changes
If you're looking for a particular change:
- Search bar — Type a keyword to filter entries (e.g., "event cards" or "search")
- Area filter chips — Click an area tag to see only changes in that category. Each chip shows a count of how many changes are in that area.
Click All to reset filters and see the full changelog.

Auto-Updates vs. Manual Updates
Widget updates are separate from plugin updates. To control how your widgets update, see Auto-Updates & Version Management or manage individual widget update settings in the My Widgets tab.
