Step 1 - Log In: Go to any of our sites including this one and click on the profile picture at the top right. If you are already logged in you will see your icon or avatar / initials, and can go to step 2. If you are not logged in you will see a person icon as seen below. If you are not logged in you will need to do that first.
Step 2 - Dashboard Access
- DirectoryToolkit Dashboard: Select 'Your dashboard' from the dropdown menu.
- Global Dashboard: Simplero, the system we use for our sites, has a joint dashboard for all sites on their system. If you find yourself on the Global Simplero dashboard you will need to select the 'Vendors" option and then select "DirectoryToolkit" from the available options.
Step 3 - Order History: Scroll down and choose "Order History"
Step 4 - View Purchases: It should automatically arrive on the purchases tab otherwise click on the 'Purchases' tab to see all your transactions.
Step 5 - Manage Purchase: Scroll down to find the purchase in question and click on 'View' or 'Manage' for the specific purchase.
If there's a past-due payment, you can pay the balance. If your card is missing for the future installment or payment click 'Add Payment Method' to add your card info as seen below, or click 'Update Payment Information' if your card is expiring or needs to be changed to an alternate card.
Additional items you can do on the view purchase page:
- View Purchase Details: You can see an overview of your purchase, including product names, prices, and purchase dates.
- Access Contents: If applicable, you can access the content related to your purchases, like digital downloads, sites or courses.
- Manage Subscriptions: Subscribers can pause, cancel, or resume their subscriptions.
- Change Membership Tier: If your product has multiple tiers you can upgrade or downgrade to allowed levels here.
- Review Payments: You can see a history or summary of their payments and charges as well as viewing and downloading previous invoices.
