DirectoryRobot does not currently have an API, but we do support webhooks for sending data to 3rd party platforms or custom integrations.

To use a webhook, simply open any bot, go to the bots settings pane, and you’ll see 2 webhook fields:

  • Zapier webhook

Whilst these are labeled with Zapier or Make, they are NOT exclusive to those platforms.

You can use these fields with ANY webhook, from anywhere, including a custom application.

To see an example of how you’d use a webhook in action, refer to this guide on setting it up with Make:

If you've worked through this and still need a hand, contact support — we'll dig in with you.
