Getting Help
Submit a Ticket
Click the ticket link to open a support request. Describe what you need help with and our team will respond based on your support tier.
Schedule a Call
Click the schedule link to book a time for a support call. This opens a calendar where you can pick a slot that works for you.

Your Support Tier
Your support tier is displayed at the top of the tab. The tier determines response times and the type of help available:
| Tier | What's Included |
|---|---|
| Standard | Email support with standard response times |
| Full Service | Priority email support plus setup assistance |
| Premium | Priority support, scheduled calls, and advanced configuration help |
