The Support tab gives you direct access to help — submit a ticket, schedule a call, or find guides and tutorials.

Getting Help

Submit a Ticket

Click the ticket link to open a support request. Describe what you need help with and our team will respond based on your support tier.

Schedule a Call

Click the schedule link to book a time for a support call. This opens a calendar where you can pick a slot that works for you.

Your Support Tier

Your support tier is displayed at the top of the tab. The tier determines response times and the type of help available:

Tier What's Included
Standard Email support with standard response times
Full Service Priority email support plus setup assistance
Premium Priority support, scheduled calls, and advanced configuration help

Self-Service Resources

The Support tab also links to guides and tutorials you can use on your own:

  • Getting Started — Setup and configuration guides
  • Widget Help — Documentation for specific widgets
  • Video Tutorials — Video walkthroughs for common tasks
